Celebrating dynamic young women who are defying stereotypes and creating change.
We have rewarded 23 winners in categories such as STEM, Community, Enterprise and Arts & Culture. We give cash grants to empower these trailblazers to take their initiatives to the next level.

At our heart, we are a community of 17,500 young women. We work with over 100 High Schools running workshops and summits across Aotearoa.
It is free to become a member and join our whanau of like-minded ambitious young women aged 13 - 18.
